Thanks, Clyde. Good to hear from you. I will be in your neck of the woods before long on a semi-permanent type basis.

It's good to have you blogging again, bro. Good post!

I complained to God one time and just really let him know how I felt about some things I was experiencing in ministry. He told me He'd heard worse. :-)

Thanks for the thoughts on prayer. I think you're on target.

Excellent words! I hope each person appreciate the work involved with their study and the prayer going into each convert. Great work!

Very nice touch. One of the phrases I throw around a lot is "Everything leads to something". I mean to tell people to not consider the current step or goal as the end of the matter, but rather as something that needs to lead to something else (sort of like what we wished to accomplish in Nevada, MO). This is an excellent example of emphasizing the process over the step.

I appreciate your comment, Danny. I don't know if I will ever get it all right, but I am certainly going to know who is right. Thanks for your encouragement.

So many people believe that the Bible is the be all and end all, but they are just words on a page. The power they have is when we allow the words to infuse our lives. Thank you for your thoughts on this. They inspire me to believe that some people in the church are attempting to do it right. It gives me hope for the future.
