There is an article at Time.com about Mother Theresa and a collection of letters written by her to her confessors entitled, Mother Teresa: Come Be My Light. If you have ever done any reading around the Dark Night of the Soul, then you are probably going to want to read this. The Time article details how right after she arrived in Calcutta that the “presence” of Jesus left her and she was without His light internally even until her death. It comes out on September 4 and should required reading for anyone who seeks a deeper understanding of the human relationship with God.
